I’m going to keep this week’s blog short and simple by saying thank you to all our pupils and their families. Your patience and support has been incredible whilst we work as quickly as possible to put in place a renewed blended learning offer that combines face to face learning in school with remote learning at home. Our school-based offer is now up and running successfully. Our priority over the next week will be working with all our families to ensure that your child’s iPad is available at home to further support our remote learning offer. Please keep an eye on your ParentApp account for further details. As in the first lockdown, the partnership between home and school is key to ensuring the continuing education and care of your child. Therefore please do keep in touch with us, using your child’s form tutor as the first point of contact, to discuss any queries relating to your child’s learning and wellbeing either in school or at home.
I’m aiming to be back to normal with the blogs from next week, celebrating the learning and achievement of our pupils, across both home and school, focusing on a different class group each week.
In the meantime, now more than ever, please take care and stay safe.
