Before the end of term, our children and young people started preparing for the changes that September will bring. Many of them are moving classrooms (if not buildings!) and some will be working with new staff and joining new classes or welcoming new friends to their groups.

We know that transition is a really important time for everyone at New Bridge and we try to make sure it is a lot of fun too! Mrs Coleman-Celis’ new group have certainly enjoyed getting to know each other and their new friends at Hollinwood Academy..

Last week’s Sports Day was the perfect way to try something different as a group although we’re not sure which activity they loved the most, the penalty shoot out, the archery..

We hope that everyone is enjoying their holidays and we can’t wait to see you all again on 6th September!

Our ‘Moving On’ booklet (available to view here) has lots of information that will be useful to parents and carers.

Don’t forget that you can always contact the school office if you have any questions – we’re open all through the summer and we will be very happy to help.
